Phil Behan


Phil is a dedicated professional with over 16 years of experience as a State of Nevada certified residential inspector.  He is also a licensed general contractor in California.   He and Glen Farnsworth originally opened Celtic Pest Inspections & Control Services in 2015 to assist realtors and clients with the completion of accurate pest (wood-destroying) inspections to coincide with the home inspection process. Since that time, the company has expanded to include pest treatments and repairs and full pest control services for our customers.  Phil is the president of the company and manages the administration, marketing, and vision for the company.

Glen Farnsworth

Director & Inspector

Glen was born and raised in Northern Nevada. He graduated from UNR with a degree in Spanish Education and then proceeded to work in the home remediation industry. He has extensive experience working on residential fungus and pest issues with over 10 years in the pest industry, and holds a Nevada Custom Pest Control license with the Nevada Department of Agriculture. Glen also has extensive experience as a home inspector in Northern Nevada and is a certified Inspector of Residential Structures, State of Nevada.

Glen oversees our pest control operations, training, and marketing efforts.

Carl Benoit

Supervisor & Inspector

Carl was raised in Quincy, California. He joined the Air Force and served four years as an Air Launched Cruise Missile Maintenance Specialist.  After serving in the Air Force, Carl served three years in the Reno Air National Guard in the Civil Engineering Squadron.  In 2016, Carl joined the Celtic Pest Inspections & Control Services team as a licensed pest technician and now supervises our pest technician team, service protocols, and chemical safety training.

Brandt Flowers

Technician & Inspector

Brandt is a licensed Pest Technician and Inspector, holding a Nevada Custom Pest Control license with the Nevada Department of Agriculture. He holds himself to a level of professionalism that embodies our ideals here at Celtic. Brandt is hardworking and driven young man who always looks for the best and most honest solution to any pest control problem.

Brandt was born and raised here in Reno, NV. He enjoys spending time with his friends, playing board games, and spending time with his Great Pyrenees Puppy, Zeus.

Holly Kinney

Technician & Inspector

Holly was born and raised in Reno, NV.  After graduating from Reno High School, she obtained a Business degree from The University of Nevada with an emphasis in Finance.

For the last 20 years, Holly has been an integral part of her family’s Real Estate Investing business.  As a family team, they remodeled homes for resale, invested in an array of local real estate for area improvement and provided financial assistance to those who wished to purchase new property.  Most recently, Holly was the Rapid Continuous Improvement Facilitator for Snap-on Tools. At the facility in Carson City, she established a program aimed towards high standards for increased productivity, improved efficiency, and a high level of safety practices.

Holly assists our customers with pest control and obtained her certification as an Inspector of Residential Structures for the State of Nevada.

Holly feels most at home traveling in her 5th wheel trailer, riding the dirt roads of Nevada in her UTV, hunting, and exploring the back country of Nevada.

Sue Behan

Office Manager

Sue grew up in England and moved to the United States in the early 1980s.  Sue manages all of the day-to-day office administration for Celtic Pest Inspections & Control Services, as well as, our sister company Celtic Inspection Service. Sue enjoys helping our customers with scheduling appointments and keeps on top of the billing for both of the companies. Sue previously worked in Purchasing & Contracts at Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) and was an Executive Assistant at the Reno Housing Authority and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in San Francisco.

Sue enjoys spending time with her family, painting, and exploring the great outdoors – when time allows!
